Tests cannot Test!

Everyday human changes, several thoughts flood in every moment and in such a fluctuating scenario, we as educators want to 'test' everything and 'fix' the result. Somebody should conduct a study on level of student's anxiety and fear during the exam and result times. Some of them commit suicide; for God's sake no method of testing can be more valuable than life!!! Let us unlearn this notion that we can test. A person takes exam of the same subject on two different days (one after the other) has different results. Why? We should stop testing and start evaluating and that too by all informal ways.
